オリバ コネチカット リザーブ ロブスト

The Connecticut wrapper gives it that classic golden look, and the wood and cream balance is spot on from the first light to the final third. Burn stayed razor sharp through the whole 5x50, no touch-ups needed. Grabbed two more on my way out of town since pickup is the only option anyway.

The creamy coffee notes come through right from the start, and the mild smoke production is perfect for a relaxed afternoon. Burns evenly down to the nub without any harshness.

I was a little worried a Connecticut wrapper would be too light for me, but the coffee and wood notes come through nicely, making it a smooth, medium-bodied smoke. The 5 x 50 size feels perfect for a 40-minute break.
