Elements Papers

I was a little skeptical about the sugar gum holding everything together, but it creates a perfect seal that stays intact even after a few hours. The papers themselves are thin and pliable, making them much easier to work with than standard rice papers I’ve tried before.

Finally, rice papers that actually taste clean and hold together without falling apart. The sugar gum gives just the right amount of stickiness for rolling.

These are my go-to for summer rolls now. The sugar gum gives them just the right amount of tackiness, so they don't tear when I fold them up tight. Only wish the pack came with a few more sheets.
