The lavender and skullcap combo is surprisingly effective — I felt my shoulders drop about ten minutes into the first cup. This has become my go-to for unwinding after a long shift.

Finally a tea that actually knocks me out without a groggy morning—the skullcap and California poppy combo seems to do the trick. I do wish the spearmint was a bit stronger to balance the lavender, but it’s still a solid blend for winding down.

The tea has a nice, calming aroma from the chamomile and spearmint, but I had to use two bags to really feel sleepy. It’s decent, though not strong enough for nights when I’m really wired.
