Chamomile has a distinct yet subtle fruity body like that of toned-down honey, apple, or melon when smoked. Though we know this plant more commonly for its use in tea to calm nerves, soothe digestive tracts and put us to sleep, Chamomile is also pleasant to smoke! It supposedly aids relaxation and inhibits stress and anxiety. While the flowers do support some of the effects, they mainly act as a flavoring agent.
